There are people out there who don’t think about food.  What they eat and where it comes from is of no concern to them.  They eat to survive – and don’t enjoy what they eat.

On the other hand, there are those of us who think of not much other than food.  We may work in the food industry – or just like to cook  good food.  We enjoy good restaurants – and are thrilled to find the hole-in-the-wall burger place that serves them up juicy and sloppy. 

Cooking is enjoyable.  Creating something spectacular out of simple ingredients is a pleasure.  I like to read up on what’s happening in the food scene across the globe.  And if something happens to catch my eye, I like to share that with others.

I wouldn’t want you to think that the only thing I enjoy and talk about is food.  Some other items may sneak in here as well.
