I neglected to mention the Pineapple Sage in my last post. It’s gorgeous. Smells great – more Pineapple than Sage. But I still have no idea what to do with it.
Sage, for me, conjures up images of roasted chicken, maybe some stuffing. Pineapple doesn’t.
I know I’m not the only one out there who doesn’t know what to do with it – somebody out there did a search for it that brought you here.
I think it may work in a dessert – but the thought of sage in a dessert does nothing for me.
Is there nobody out there who can help us?

Use it for tea. Mine has a minty smell to it as well.
